Q: CAN YOU HOLD A PLACE BEFORE I APPLY? A: Unfortunately we can not hold a property for you until your application has been approved and the full security deposit has been paid.
Q: DO I PAY FIRST MONTH’S RENT AND LAST MONTH’S RENT WITH MY SECURITY DEPOSIT? A: Before you can move into a property you must pay your security deposit and first month’s rent. We do not require last month’s rent.
Q: HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO APPLY? A: Everyone over the age of 18 must fill out their own application and pay the $30 application fee.
Q: IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE? A: The security deposit is refundable as long as the property is in the same condition as it was when you moved in and there are no other outstanding items on your account.
Q: WHO NEEDS A COSIGNER? A: If an applicant does not meet the income and credit requirements for the property, we may require a cosigner.
Q: YOU HAVE A PROPERTY I WANT TO RENT. HOW DO I APPLY? A: You can apply online. Please reach out to us at 706-305-0397 to request an application.
Q: I WANT TO GET A PET. WHAT DO I DO? A: All of our properties have a no pet policy.
Q: HOW DO I PAY RENT? A: We offer multiple options for paying rent E-check via your online portal Credit card or debit card via your online portal (convenience charges apply) You can also pay via money order, paper check, or cashiers check to our drop box. We also accept payment via Mail in the form of paper check, money order, or cashiers check to our P.O. Box.
Q: MY LEASE EXPIRATION IS COMING AND I WANT TO MOVE OUT. WHAT DO I DO? A: Per the lease agreement you are required to give 30 day written notice. You can do this via mail or email. Once you have notified us we will provide you with our move out guidelines and help coordinate your security deposit return.
Q: WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE REQUESTS? A: In most cases, normal maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the owner. However, a resident may be charged for a repair due to misuse, neglect or damage. You can submit a maintenance request online or call our office.
